Terms of use
The rules of using feedql.
feedql is a beta service. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

A beta service
feedql is in beta and open by invitation. Features, limits and prices can change, and things will break. We try to keep it running and your data safe (see the privacy policy), but we promise no uptime. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose; you can export it at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16, and give a real email address you control.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including your API keys and webhook secrets. Keep them private; revoke any that leak.
- One person, one account. Do not share logins.
Acceptable use
Use feedql to read and research. Do not:
- break the law, or use it to harass, stalk or profile private people;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits and rate limits;
- use the API or MCP to copy the service for resale, or to republish third-party content in bulk;
- point feedql at sources you have no right to read, or use webhooks to send traffic at addresses you do not own;
- upload or push in anything you do not have the right to use.
We may rate-limit, suspend or remove accounts that do.
Content
- Yours. What you write and set up (topics, notes, About me, memory) stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run feedql for you.
- Third parties’. Posts, articles, reviews and videos that feedql collects belong to their authors and sites. We link to the original, show our own summary and a short excerpt, and keep the full text private for scoring. Pictures are cached to protect your privacy. If you are an owner and want something removed, email hello@feedql.com.
- AI output. Scores, summaries and assistant answers are made by AI models and can be wrong or miss things. Check the original before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical or financial decisions.
No warranty, limited liability
feedql is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account (Settings → Delete account). We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we can end the beta or the service, with notice by email where we can. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes, governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If you keep using feedql after a change, you accept it; if you do not, delete your account. Questions: hello@feedql.com.
